Solved! Wont turn off or reset

Tablet will not shut off. Press power button goes black logo screen comes back on. Tried using pin to reset does same thing...cannot get to reboot screen

You will then have to wait until it runs out of power to get it to shut down. Or pull the battery, if it isn't under warranty that is. If it is, then best not to open it up.
