Won't turn on

My laptop won't turn on.. it's a lenovo
I put it on charge but it won't start
The light on the power button is white and flash
I tried everything I could think of but nothing works
Please someone, help me

Lots of people have this problem, and there's a very easy fix. 1. Remove the battery & charger. 2. Hold the power button for 30 seconds. 3. Plug in the charger & battery and try to boot it.
