Dear all,

I have a Word 2007 document that contains 3 pages. A table runs continuously in the 3 pages. The table remains as 1 table when I added in a footer.

But when I select 'Different Odd & Even Pages' option, it changes to 4 pages. As part of the table in page 2 goes to page 3, it leaves a big space in page 2.

How can I let the table appear as it is before I select the 'Different Odd & Even Pages' option?

Thank you very much.

Solution
It has been awhile but if I remember correctly there are different types of "footers": page, section, report.....

Put the document into draft mode and also unhide the hidden formatting.

You should be able to spot the formatting problem without too much difficulty.

And there are settings that can apply to just even or odd pages.
