Worth it to replace laptop from 2009?

My current laptop is a 17 inch HP with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz processor and 4GB or RAM from 2009. Been considering replacing it with a newer, smaller laptop. Right now I'm considering the Asus K200MA (11 inch), and D550 (15inch). Primary use will be Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Grad School), web surfing, streaming video and a little WoW or SWTOR every now and then. How would the Celeron N2815 stack up against what I have now? Would something like an AMD A4 be better? Am I better off just sticking with my HP? Thanks!

Trying to stay under 350, which I completely realize isn't going to get me a high end gaming machine. Just need to be able to at least run Word, PowerPoint, and Chrome with a few tabs open at the same time. Willing to go up to 400 if it's worth it

It's a tough call, but I'm going to say the Toshiba. The Asus is a bit lighter, but the Toshiba has a quad core processor and a bigger hard drive plus a media card reader slot (I think it does at least)
