hi i need some advice. i am going to buy a gaming laptop from ebay and want to know if you guys think this is a gaming laptop? it is listed as a gaming laptop but not sure?

No.

The E-450 is very weak. It's basically a netbook. It'll be good enough to play old and undemanding games like the Sims 2, Civilization 4 and Half-Life 2 (and other older Source Engine games), but not really recommended for games released in the past 4 years.

It's definitely not a Dedicated Graphics card.

Radeon HD 6320 is the integrated graphics on the AMD E-450 APU (CPU/GPU).

With both low power CPU/GPU parts of the E-450 you won't be happy if you're hoping to run some games.
