Would this setup be good enough for oculus rift?

I just wanted to see people's thoughts on whether this setup would provide a smooth/enjoyable experience with the oculus rift or any suggested upgrades. :>

It's a pretty good system, the only thing to make sure of is that you have enough USB ports available. You'd want to use the 2 USB 3.0 ports that come from the chipset, and not the 4 USB 3.0 ports from the VIA VL805 chip.
