Wt kernel error for polar bowler game

I just bought the game polar bowler and golfer but when i try to install it it says unable to locaate wtkernel component. What can I do to get this on my laptop? To play the games. Please and thank you

It will not play on Windows 7 64bit however it will play on the 32 bit system just fine. If you try to contact their help desk you will get a bs letter telling you that the retailer should have told you and it should be printed on the label. I put it on my laptop with Windows 7 32bit and playing like a madman.
