Wtf Samsung blue ray

Just bought a new 32' Samsung led 1080p tv and a Samsung blue player. Hooked it up yesterday and set up the free Netflix. Today after work wanted to try out the nextflix picked out a movie and screen displays loading than all a sudden black screen and nothing else. Changed to tv and back to hdmi 1 just blank black. Click on hdmi with source button from remote it displays 1080p on top left corner. Someone please help. Thanks

I have a cheaper Samsung blue ray player in my guest room and it always has problems like this. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to even get it back to the main menu. I called them and they just laughed and said that's what you get for a 60$ blue ray player. To this day I am really scorned by them.
