All eyes are now on AT&T. there is no indication yet what AT&T will charge for 3G access, but since Steve Jobs did not mention any service plan fees yesterday it appears that negotiations are still active or that this is simply not an attractive topic to talk about.
There has been word on pricing since Monday; AT&T is raising the data rates to $30/mo., a $10 increase in exchange for the $200 subsidization and the much faster (still unlimited) 3G service, raising the total cost of ownership by $40 over the 2-year contract, over the previous iPhone.

AT&T press release

...but most iPhone users spend about $100 on their iPhone in monthly service fees and some users much more than that.

I'm not so sure about that. The original pricing was (excluding the newer business plans): $59.99 for 450 min., $79.99 for 900 minutes, and $99.99 for 1350 min. All of these plans include unlimited data, Visual Voicemail, 200 text messages, rollover minutes, unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling, etc.
