If your trying to set up you wireless, use wpa2 with a password (security key of your choice)

If your trying to hack your neighbor wireless, you can get legal action against you and we cannot help you there.

Contact your ISP they'll have it. Only reason I know this is that I work for a large ISP. Be prepared to have your account info handy so they can verify your acct.
