X1 board replacement

I write as one with significant experience with desktop board replacements and some notebook replacements. Seeking some guidance with regard to the repair manual. I have what is supposed to be the dell repair manual but, after reading, it is not apparent whether the approach is from the keyboard side or the bottom. I have a new, factory refurbished board and would want to start as soon as I feel comfortable to do so. Hoping for an informed reply.

The mobo is screwed to the bottom. Take a look at the steps before.
