Question x1 carbon gen 7 (20QES5JT03) NOT TURNING ON AND CHARGING

Hello There! I have a new lenovo X1 carbon which I was using fine. After updating the USB-C thunderbolt firmware

the laptop refuses to charge and turn on. I have tried the reset button at the back but it won't solve the problem.



I have took the laptop to a technician to open it and remove the battery, reset the BIOS CMOS, but still it won't turn on or

charge.

I don't know what is wrong with the laptop

Please I need help to fix this problem. I am a student and I spend a lot of time on my laptop.

New system, contact Lenovo warranty support. if a tech that checked on it for you could not fix it, there is nothing you can do yourself.
