Xbox 360 bought from Australia and used in India

I am from India and looking forward to buy a used Xbox 360 from Australia. Both the countries come under Pal region but I wanted to confirm will my xbox face any region code problem and gaming problem??
please answer soon guys..

It shouldn't be region locked then. However, you may have to change how you talk to the xbox, it may not be setup for the Indian accent. I've heard this being an issue before you can get around by speaking like an Aussie.

Ohh so one can transfer to any pal region without facing any problem??
and what about games Cd?? Doesn't it come with some region code?
