Xperia SP or MOTO G for gaming?

recently I'm using Sony Xperia E.But now planning to buy Xperia NXT series for heavy gaming like 'Dungeon Huter 4' and Modern combat 4 etc.
My budget is around 18k Indian Rupees(300 USD).
I think 2 smartphones I should go for:
1.Moto G (16GB) : Quad Core 1.2 GHz,1 GB RAM,Adreno 305,5 MP Camera, 16 GB Internal

2.Sony Xperia SP: Dual core 1.7 GHZ,1 GB RAM,Adreno 320,8 MP camera,8 GB internal,BRAVIA engine 2

I think I should go for SP but confused as Moto G is also mid-range king.So please sugget me what to buy?
Thanks in advance. and Xperia L is almost same as Moto g
