Xperia Z or Note 2

Hi guys,

I am a little confused about what to buy, the note 2 or the xperia z
Some xperia z users told me not to get it because of overheating and screen of death and the small battery life and it can easily be scratched or broken
but the xperia z has a better camera and a better screen
I want to know if these issues have been solved or not

so what should i get the xperia z or the note 2 ?
and please tell my why

i would buy a xperia z , it looks better , u can't scrach it , and u can play with it in the water

Since the Xperia Z has more features I would go for it and on a side-note if it overheats just let it take a nice dip in a cup of water XD
