Y700-15ISK Won't turn on

My laptop ran out of battery, so i plugged in the charger, waited 5 minutes, then turned it on and selected the option "Delete resume data and proceed to boot menu", it showed me the screen of Starting Windows and shutdowned, and now it won't turn on again, i already tried to do it without the charger plugged in.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits on a Lenovo Y700-15ISK
