I doubt that. Google kicks Yahoo's ass. You don't hear people saying "Why don't you Yahoo it?" or "Why don't you Facebook it?".

Plus its advertising related, if Google was scared of anything its that of the safety of its employees from the overload of data mining advertisements that are about to be released thanks to these license agreements. (Oh and the biggest data mining advertisement of all, Facebook)
