yamaha v673 suddenly has no sound...there are 7 speakers. How to troubleshoot??

Yamaha receiver no sound help??

1. Do you get sound from the radio in the receiver? That will tell you if the problem is external to the receiver.
2. Check that the speakers are turned on.
3. Do you get sound when you run the speaker level setup? That should send sound into each speaker sequentially.
4. Is there any indication that the receiver is in protection? Would be on the front panel display.
