Youtube video yes but no comments nor suggest videos

youtube is loading the video but nothing else around it, non issues playing the video but missing suggested video and comments. Just a video and white around it

a) Try disabling and enabling the Adblocker. This is usually the solution on my system. If no luck:
b) Uninstall and re-install the current browser (Chrome?). If no luck:
c) Try a different browser (Firefox, Opera, IE 11, heck even MS Edge).
