Community Question: What's your best advice when shopping for a 4K TV?

ZenBook Pro UX501VW-DS71T does not work, only the lights of power button and caps lock are on, screen is not on. Tried to hold power button to turn it off, once release it, when back on, still just he two lights are on. Please help!
