ZV6270us Cursor Only On Boot?.

I have worked on this laptop before. He brings it to me now, and all Im getting is the little cursor in the top left hand corner. I tested the HDD, memory(pulled), and seems well. Am I missing something? Thank you for any help

It looks like everything is good in the bios as well.
