Question Raycon RBS952 Power Speaker Ultra

Two year old speaker. When initially plugged in, it will power on and light up and after a few seconds, it shuts down. With the power cord attached, it shows to be charging but never really charges.

I'd like to think this is a straightforward replacement of a component but I honestly have no idea where to start and the internet is lacking on solutions.
