Question Beeping Dell Alienware 13

Hello,

I've just get a donnation of a bunch of laptops and one of them is a Dell Alienware 13.

The problem is the laptop is continually beeping at every 2 seconds with no video, no post, nothing.

I did try:

1 RAM stick at time.
Different set of RAM sticks.
Disconnecting the CMOS battery.
Un plugging the HDD.
Opperating it without the battery.
When no RAM, it beeps twice so it detect the RAM sticks.

When turning it ON:

The LAN port LED are turning ON then OFF.
Fans are working when it get warm.
Garnement lightings are working fine.

But, USB aren't providing power, for now.

According to Dell's documentation, the 1 beep mean bad or corrupted BIOS.

Any idea about what exacly could be wrong?

Sounds like the motherboard is kaput.

Other than replacing the motherboard, no.
