There are various places where you can find the flaming hoops but it will be hard to find them on your own. Therefore, this guide is created to help you locate the flaming hoops:
Football Stadium:
If you go behind the indoor football stadium located at C5, you will find a flaming hoop there. It will be located by a ramp that is coming off a mountain. You may also find an ATK it the nearby car park if you are lucky.
Lazy Links:
The flaming hoop will be located in E3 at the northeast of Lazy Links is going to be a pretty easy target from the air as it is located by the little umbrella-shaped quarry that is directly to the west of a golf club. Also, you may be able to find an ATK nearby that club.
Lazy Links:
There is another flaming hoop that is located to the south-west of the Lazy Links club. It will be at the top of a gentle slope by the line of trees. You may also find some ATKs at the club as well.
Snobby Shores:
If you go to the A5 coordinate of the map, there will be a house in snobby shores on the south-most side and right by the base of a mountain. You will find a flaming hoop there. Also, there is a chance of an ATK in the garage of the nearest house.
Tunnel near Tomato Town:
If you go to the tunnel that is located south of the Tomato Town at the G4 coordinate in the map, you will find a flaming hoop there. It is a bit trickier to get to that hoop as you can only get there by building a ramp out from a ledge.
Paradise Palms:
There is another flaming hoop to the south-west of the Paradise Palms at the H7 coordinate. You may find some flaming hoops there if you get lucky. There are also some ATKs located at the racetrack to the north side of the sandy area.
Flush Factory:
You will find another flaming hoop at the north of Flush Factory. It will be located at the coordinate D8. So if you are going for that hoop, then am for going to the top of the mountain that is over that hoop you will be able to locate a shopping cart there which you can use to ride down the slope and then clear the jump.
Paradise Palms:
If you want to get another flaming hoop in the paradise palms then go to the west side at the J8 coordinate and you will be able to spot it. You should save this hoop for the last as it will involve driving off of a cliff and then going into the water.
These are some of the possible locations where you can find the flaming hoops. –So make sure to check these places out.
