Therefore, what you need to do is to land at Paradise Palms as fast as you can and then just find a weapon. Once you get a weapon, start gathering resources from the furniture of the houses as it is faster and then engage in combat. This will develop your skills tremendously.
Lots of ATKs and Rifts:
This is true; there are a lot of ATKs in this area. And this means that you can easily get out of this area to a safer location in seconds. There are a lot of rifts in the area so you will not have to worry about the storm. You can just take the loot and gather resources to the point where you have enough to start moving to other areas. And once you are done gathering and looting, you can just take a rift and dive/glide towards the area you want to go.
