Orbit Downloader has a built-in special and unique technology named Orbitnet. With the help of this technology, the Orbit Downloader automatically looks for other P2P client computers who have Orbitnet enabled in them. Once such client computers are detected, the Orbit Downloader uses them as alternate download sources in case the original URL of the target file does not provide sufficient amount of downloading speed.
By default the Orbitnet feature is enabled in the Orbit Downloader application. However it has still two other functions that are kept disabled in order to avoid additional Internet bandwidth consumption. In your case, if you have high-speed Internet connection with unlimited downloading facility, you can turn these features on in order to expedite the entire downloading process.
Since enabling the additional two Orbitnet features remarkably expedite the overall downloading speed of the files, sometimes they may reduce the web browsing experience for the other users in case your computer is connected to a local area network (LAN), and all the computers are configured to share a common Internet connection.
Considering the above situation, it is strongly suggested that you take utmost care before enabling the Orbitnet features on your computer to increase the overall downloading speed when using the Orbit Downloader program.
