Go to the ‘Home screen’ on your Roku device by pressing the [b‘Home’ [/b]button on your remote.
Select ‘Settings’ menu by scrolling through the options on the screen.
Select the ‘System’ option from the options provided on the next screen.
Proceed to the ‘Advanced System Settings’ in the System settings menu displayed on the screen.
Now, go to the ‘Advanced Display Settings’ on the next screen and select the ‘Auto-adjust Display Refresh rate’ option.
Toggle and select ‘Enabled’ to let Roku change the ‘Display Refresh rate’ automatically according to the native format.
Note: When ‘Disabled’, the Roku player will have a fixed display refresh rate of ‘60fps’.
Your Display Refresh Rate will now be changed automatically according to the native format of the movie, video, or TV show.
