1. First, you need to install TimeHop on your mobile device. You can either go to the App Store or the Play Store to download it. After the installation, tap the TimeHop icon on your phone to launch it.



2. On the main page, the app will ask you to sign in using your Facebook account to access your friends list and information. It will also post automatically on your Facebook account. Tap OK to allow the app access.



3. After that, the app will show you all your activities on that exact date ever since you started using Facebook. If the app detected an activity, it will ask permission whether you want to share it or not. If you want, just tap Share to post it on your Facebook timeline. The app will update you everyday as long as you are logged in to it. If you don't want to receive notifications, just log out from the app.
