For the Wii U, Error UI-122 has some simple enough fixes for
any technical level. It is a network connectivity error that can be resolved by
restarting the console or correcting network settings.

Restart The Console

Restarting the console will fix errors tied to network
problems. By doing a true restart, the wireless connection can attempt to
reconnect to Netflix servers in a more favorable state.

1. Turn off the Wii U by holding the power button on the
controller.

2. Unplug the power from the wall outlet and wait one full
minute.

Set Up The Correct DNS Settings

Sometimes a single DNS setting can cause problems with the
entire connection. On the Wii U side, changing the DNS to an automatic protocol
will resolve Error UI-122 instantly. Use this as your second option if the
restart fix doesn’t work.

1. On the Wii U Home Screen select System Settings.
