On the Xbox 360, this Netflix error can be removed by using
any of the following troubleshooting tips. Both are quick and don’t require a
lot of technical knowledge to complete.

Check The DNS Settings

Incorrect DNS settings will mess with Netflix and any other
app that needs to access the internet. The best way to deal with this is by
confirming and changing your console DNS settings to automatic. Doing so will
ensure that it pulls the correct DNS settings from your current internet
provider.

1. Select the Guide button on the Xbox 360 controller.

Sign Out Of Netflix

By signing out of the account you will allow the app to
finally get rid of old data. Once you sign back in, the new data will
automatically download and make the Netflix app usable. This method works with
many other Netflix errors.

1. Press the B button on your Xbox 360 controller while
inside the Netflix app.
