Save a People Search That You Performed on LinkedIn

LinkedIn allows you to search people who are also the members of LinkedIn. You can search for people by their names.

Once you have performed a people search on LinkedIn, you can save the search that you have performed. You might want to save the search so that you can perform the same search to view the updated results each time.

With the help of the saved searches, you do not have to perform the search for the people you are looking for every time you want to see the updated list. By default the saved searches are scheduled to execute automatically on weekly basis, and the searched results are sent to your email address.

For example, if you want to search a person named Jacob Moore, you can perform a search. If the person named Jacob Moore you are looking for has not yet created his LinkedIn profile, you can save the search for future use.

Here’s how you can search for a person on LinkedIn and save the search:

    ■Log on to your computer.
■Open your favorite web browser by double-clicking its icon.
■On the opened interface, type www.linkedin.com in the address bar at top, and press Enter.
■If you are not already signed-in, provide your login details in the available field on the opened page.
■Click the Sign In button to sign-in to your LinkedIn account.
