Well, welcome to my tutorial, firstly let's get started with some ground rules.
1.
If you see an ebay with negative reviews then leave straight away because they [strike]most likely [/strike] will scam you.
2.
Is the price too good to be true? An ultrabook for 80£ is most likely a scam, always check that.
3.
If you see a user with mixed reviews, check the positive ones. Are the Users bots, fake accounts, is what they write what a user would write for example "omg disz is t0tes gud, buy here for amazing prices, plss." <You can see here that the user is asking you to buy which means it is a FAKE ACCOUNT 🙁
4.
Does it specify the damages, if it does, take a picture and bring it to court if damaged. You can do this and hopefully get money back.
Thanks for reading and be careful. 😉
