what program u tested this with? Skype? Usually laptop, have internal "Mic" inside of it. So if you use a 3rd program like skype etc, make sure change the "Capture" on settings that you are using your headphone mic

Nah chill. 70-80c is normal for a laptop when doing hard gaming. If its reach 100c++ then its might be a problem.

PSU problem would make your laptop doesn't turn on. I think its a GPU one. What is the blue screen error? It might be the RAM also
