I bought my HyperX cloud alpha pro yesterday cause of it fame, then i plug it into my soundcard(soundblaster z) then test out many things and i found out that the sound quality is completly s h i t. And there is no bass or is too low and i am so tilted because i cant chargeback help!!!!!!!!! me...

i have a razer seiren x which came out with a type c and usb port, but my soundcard onyl has a jack 3.5 in the back. i dont know what is that called is somehting liek a cicle hole it does not support a usb input i am thinking to buy a type c and jack port so i wonder if my soundcard would...
