Since you will be taking it a lot of places I would go with the smaller screen. It still offers all the great stuff the gt70 does it just is more compact :)

So I took the plunge and bought the GT70 Dominator Pro with the GTX 880m it should be a beast. I will let you all know when I receive it!

If you go for the MSI don't get the GS get the GT. I know the 50" TV is enticing but the GT is a much better laptop. I myself have been going through a new purchase research project. I finally purchased the GT70 from MSI and couldn't be happier. I was a console guy but I am not very impressed...

If I get the one with the 870 it will already have a SSD in it. If I get the 880 version I will have to wait to upgrade to an SSD when I get the funds...but it will have the better GPU

Are 10-15 FPS really worth the extra $200?

So I am getting the new MSI Dominator Pro and I have the money for the one that comes with the GTX 870 should I just get that one or wait for a bit and get the 880? I know it is better but how much better? Will I really know the difference for the price?

I am looking into the Gt70 Dominator as well. If the GPU can't be upgraded is there a version that can be upgraded?
