    seeing that the Acer one has Decent specs for a lower price i would lean towards it. check for online reviews of the said laptops and check if they have any known issues or not.

    get a windows disk usb, boot up from it by going into your manual and searching for BIOS or BOOT Order, pick the usb, CD. and reinstall windows. make sure to get the correct Bit type.

    looks like the intel chipset driver isnt correctly installed, try to uninstall bootcamp software and re download it from bootcamp again
