well at that price range, the best you could get is HP 14-an013nr for 220$ it has a 1.8gHZ quad core processor, 4gb memory, a dedicated, graphics card, a full HD IPS display, but it has only 32GB SSD space, which can hardly hold anything, I'd suggest looking for a better refurbished laptop.

Avira is a great option, it doesn't stress your PC like Norton or Kaspersky would do, and it actually warns you about a file before deleting it, because sometimes antiviruses can think of a file as malicious when it's not and automatically delete it
