Question Problem with graphic card

Hello, i have a laptop with i7-3500 processor, Intel HD 4000 and AMD Radeon 7500. The thing is, i install IW4X (the non-official release to play LAN COD Modern Warfare 2) and the AMD Radeon does not recognize it. I also have the Steam versión of this game, and i can play it fine, because the dedicated card works on it. But the problem is that IW4X runs slow because i am playing with the integrated graphic. Is there any way to force AMD to recognize this game and launch it properly?.

Yes you can use custom graphics settings on a specific application using your AMD graphics program to select your card instead of integrated graphics.
