    Can you download images while camera is connected to your computer user USB? If not - pull the card out, use utility like "Win32 Disk Imager" to make exact image of the card (so you can always restore it), and use recovery utility like PhotoRec to recover images.

    Check specs of your TV. Most (all?) OTA TV in USA is digital / ATSC, and your TV must support that. As a final resort, you might need external ATSC TV tuner between your antennae and a HDMI port of your TV

    Generally speaking, you can't record signal sent by cable, and your TV (or any TV for that matter) doesn't have video out signal. You will need digital recorder, with aerial, if you want to record over-tbe-air programmed, but no HBO or other cable channels.

    Can you see your laptop' desktop on the TV? You have to extend or duplicate your laptop screen to the TV, and tune TV to the correct HDMI input. Press <Win>-P, then choose "Duplicate".
