Ah! I see! It appears to have an m.2 SSD. That makes more sense. After doing a little research, I went directly to Asus' site and pulled up the manual on the laptop. On page 89 it specifically shows upgrading with adding an m.2 SSD...in fact, it appears there may be 2 locations for m.2...
