    Insignia tablet problem with downloads

    I have a Insignia flex 10.1 tablet and when I rename a file download the next day the download is gone. I did not delete it so why would the file disappear from downloads and videos??? Never had any problems with Samsung tablets doing this Help!!!!!! Thank you Alex P
