i have a toshiba qosmio x500-10u, with 4gb ram i read somewere that shared memory is limited to 2300gb with 4gb ram and 3300gb with more than 5gb of ram and a 64bit sistem my question is : the gpu will benifit with more ram but how much will this diference be in gaming lets say far cry 3 tnx

when i turn my hwinfo on i can see that processor is at turbo nearly all the time, it falls to minimum ghz of 900mgz for a second just to jump to 2.8 ghz the next, there is no midle of 1.6 ghz, and im not runing any programs at the time, is that normal???
