blocks when conected to the internet via smartphone

my notebook is toshiba x500-10u
smartphone is sony xperia mini st15i
conecting with easy tether by usb

it blocks in a way that i cant even sumon task manager,
hapened 3 times yesterday, what can i doo if anything???

the screen and all computer functions blocks, need too restart the computer, can hwinfo turn the light on the problem

today the sistem crashed when watching a movie, first time when not conected to a smart phone, i thought that the issue was with the phone, now i see that its the computer,, what kind of program coud identifie the problem???

there is no eror code, it frezes the screen and all of computer functions, ctrl + alt + del cant sumon task manager, only option is to turn off the laptop and start it up again,,
what is BSOD???
is there an option in hwinfo to locate the problem, to create a log and when it happens again to look in that log what hapened???

when i turn my hwinfo on i can see that processor is at turbo nearly all the time, it falls to minimum ghz of 900mgz for a second just to jump to 2.8 ghz the next, there is no midle of 1.6 ghz, and im not runing any programs at the time, is that normal???
