Is there a way i could make all my fans work at max speed at all times?

So i have bought a new laptop asus k556uq-dm1145d. And i wanted to play a few games on it and every game has the same problem. When playing every 30 seconds my frames drop from 60 to 10 for 5-10 seconds than go up again. I've checked if anything is overheating and none of the components went...
