So i have bought a new laptop asus k556uq-dm1145d. And i wanted to play a few games on it and every game has the same problem. When playing every 30 seconds my frames drop from 60 to 10 for 5-10 seconds than go up again.

I've checked if anything is overheating and none of the components went past 65 degrees.

I also checked the procesor speed when i got the frame drops and my procesor dropped from 3.5 ghz to 0.35 ghz.

I dont know what is wrong with my laptop so please help me.

Are the fans running pretty fast? - You can check the temps with a program called Speccy, open the game and let it run for a while, open Speccy as well and tab out while in game and check the speccy temps so you can know what temps you are running when the game is running.

You can try this guide:

http://smallbusiness.chron.com/increase-fan-speed-laptop-55841.html

Under Processor power management you can set the minimum and maximum processor state and cooling policy - set them both to 100% to keep the processor running at it's fastest speed always.

You can also invest in a cooling pad to put underneath your laptop if that doesn't work, it would help keep the temperatures down.

It doesnt stop doing that after i changed the settings.

Do you think lowering the max allowed cpu speed to 3ghz could help
That way it would be slower overall but maybe wouldnt get that much heat
