Question Laptop keeps laggin every 1 minute for 20-30 seconds (1-2 fps)

Anytime I open an app that requires more resources (examples: GTA5, CS, anything similar, but for some odd reason minecraft runs fine everytime), after approx. 10 minutes of playing, my game starts having lag spikes, for 20 seconds, the game is going to 2-3 fps, and after these 20 seconds, the game runs fine, until, it happens again the next minute or so, on repeat. Only strange thing i noticed was the CPU, 1st GPU, 2nd GPU started going to 0-9% usage, as well as the VRAM spiking. I have updated everything, including my BIOS. Any fixes?

Gpu 0 - intel HD graphics 620

Gpu 1 - AMD Radeon R5 M330
