i have fake windows but it is ultimate

well when i try to start or update razer synaps it comes up a window and it says ASPDaemon.exe-Application Error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click Ok to close the application. so cuse of all that my razer chroma dosent have lights i cant come in to razer synaps...
