Razer synaps dosent work

well when i try to start or update razer synaps it comes up a window and it says ASPDaemon.exe-Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click Ok to close the application.

so cuse of all that my razer chroma dosent have lights i cant come in to razer synaps and so the keyboard is all black without colour please help me!

By "fake" Windows Ultimate do you mean pirated? If so then you will get no help here as helping with pirated software is against forum rules.
