    Yes I've done that and the Microsoft. I have tried everything. This happened before but I don't remember the keys I needed to use.

    I need something that isn't what I've already tried. This happened to me a little over a year ago, can't remember what keys i had to push but the screen was still white. I followed directions and it rebooted and it worked. please help.
