Question My Acer Chromebook CB3-532-C74C, is stuck on that what screen Ive tried all I can . It makes noises at times

I need something that isn't what I've already tried. This happened to me a little over a year ago, can't remember what keys i had to push but the screen was still white. I followed directions and it rebooted and it worked. please help.

Have you tried to reset the device? ESC - (The refresh key. arrow in a circle) and the power button.

Yes I've done that and the Microsoft. I have tried everything. This happened before but I don't remember the keys I needed to use.

have you tried connection the via hdmi? cport?
